A Harvard study reveals how many times men should ejaculate each month to stay healthy
The study looked at the sexual habits of 32,000 men.
A Harvard University study determined the exact number of times men should ejaculate each month to prevent certain dangerous diseases.
Research published in the journal European Urology showed that a high level of sexual activity can reduce the risk of prostate cancer.
The study looked at the sexual habits of 32,000 men and ultimately found that those with a higher rate of ejaculation were less likely to have prostate cancer.
The author of the study states: “We found that men who reported higher rather than lower ejaculation frequency in adulthood were less likely to be subsequently diagnosed with prostate cancer. This large prospective study provides the strongest evidence to date for the beneficial role of ejaculation in prostate cancer prevention. “
Specifying how many times men should ejaculate each month, a group of researchers said 21 times will protect you from prostate cancer.
During a discussion with Ultimate Health, experts said, “Twenty-one ejaculations or more per month can protect you (men) from prostate cancer.”
The study found that men who ejaculated at least 21 times a month had a 33 percent lower risk of prostate cancer than those who did not.
Why this helps the prostate is not yet known, but scientists speculate that it may flush toxins from the system.
Of course, ejaculation alone will not completely save your prostate. Experts say obesity, tobacco, high-fat processed foods and heredity are also factors that will lead to prostate cancer so cut them out for your own good.
dr. James Balch believes that good nutrition is a positive thing to strive for when protecting the prostate.
“If a man wants to stay out of the operating room and avoid prostate cancer, he should do his best to avoid fatty fast food and environmental toxins that contribute to prostate problems and start a wise nutritional program that includes essential supplements that affect the prostate. “
