One would think that after such a disaster in our industry as the coronavirus, there wouldn’t be much need for more care facilities for elderly administrators. Well, it turns out that since these administrators are so important and will carry even more responsibility in the future, now is the perfect time to get your RCFE administrator certification.
Larger facilities will likely want more co-administrators on hand to ensure compliance with any new regulations, and you can bet there will be many more new rules. California State Health officials are working with RCFE Industry to come up with new protocols and best management practices to keep our seniors safe. This will mean more paperwork, more forms, more on-site training.
