Procedure
The EIDA registration procedure to obtain a Dubai National ID card is very simple. You will receive an SMS on your nominated mobile number informing you of the date, time and location of the Emirates ID registration center you need to visit for this purpose. On the day of your visit to the registration center, you will need to bring your original passport. Residents must carry an original passport and residence or entry visa. All candidates must carry the registration forms.

Typing Centers will charge a fee of AED 30 to complete and submit the form. EIDA will charge AED 100 for the issuance and renewal of an ID card for UAE nationals and GCC nationals for five years and AED 100 for residents for each year of residence.
